Qualifications

• Minimum five years in facilities or property management.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience.

• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Proficiency with work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field service activities and technician schedules.
• Prioritize service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect properties and address deficiencies.
