Related Management Company is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead ultra-luxury condo operations, ensuring five-star service and impeccable presentation across all resident amenities and departments.

The role requires extensive hospitality experience, CAM licensing, and strong organizational skills to manage staff, vendor relations, and resident communications with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a related role with luxury operations experience preferred.
• Active Florida CAM license required; alternate with 5 years luxury hotel experience and CAM within 6 months.
• MS Office proficiency and strong communication skills are essential.
• High standards of appearance, discretion, and confidentiality in a luxury residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and amenities with a white-glove service standard.
• Develop and update policies and procedures to run operations smoothly.
• Coordinate security, front desk, valet, maintenance, housekeeping, and staff.
• Schedule meetings, manage communications, and prepare Board materials.
• Lead and develop on-site office staff and supervise multiple departments.
