Job summary

The Related Group seeks a Construction Manager to lead field operations from our field office for luxury condominium projects. You will coordinate design, GC and subcontractor negotiations, and ensure timely permitting and approvals to commence work.

Responsibilities include reviewing construction docs for constructability, managing change orders, tracking schedule progress, and enforcing safety and quality standards on site. A Bachelor's in a relevant field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, Civil Engineering or Architecture required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF tooling (Bluebeam/Acrobat).
• Experience with Procore or similar PM software is required.
• Experience with scheduling tools (MS Projects/Primavera P6) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GC field operations from the Construction Field Office.
• Assist with preconstruction: design, GC, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory approvals to start work on time.
• Review documents for completeness and constructability; identify conflicts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly construction reports.
• Manage owner-provided scopes of work and FF&E.
• Ensure safety standards compliance and QA/QC programs.
• Represent Owner at construction meetings and coordinate changes.
