• Keeps informed on local restaurants to make recommendations and reservations.
• Arranges outdoor activities such as golf, horseback riding, hiking, etc.
• Provides copying and fax services and offers maps and directions as needed.
• Calls guests to assist with plans before arrival; liaises between guest and in-house services.
