Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide concierge services including local recommendations, reservations, and special requests.
• Manage and prioritize guest issues, resolving complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist with luggage storage and other guest services as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and availability for arriving guests.
• Troubleshoot minor maintenance and tech issues (TV, Wi‑Fi, locks).
• Act as a local expert sharing insights about the area to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure seamless communication with hotel management and maintenance teams.
• Keep the property well-maintained and welcoming for guests.
• Manage property cases and ensure all work orders are completed.
