Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in luxury hospitality and in customer service is preferred.
• Exceptional guest recovery skills and a positive attitude are required.
• Willingness to participate in a learning environment and adapt to new software.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan itinerary and reservations for arriving members.
• Respond to member and company communications within 24 hours.
• Coordinate pre-arrival grocery requests and site deliveries.
• Visit residences before arrival to ensure readiness per resort rules.
• Provide residence orientation and services information to members.
• Deliver professional service for property use and local attractions.
• Coordinate and manage member-requested Special Events.
• Conduct tours of units for prospective members.
• Maintain housekeeping standards per Exclusive Resorts policies.
