You will handle cash/credit card transactions, balance receipts, and resolve guest questions promptly to ensure memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and guide them from registration to checkout.
• Assist guests with the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide resort information.
• Provide room rate quotes and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and manage money handling.
• Complete all checkout procedures and ensure correct charges/credits are reflected.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
