Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Pool Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service at the pool, including VIP check-in, cabana and day bed rentals, and coordinating amenities. The role emphasizes out-going interaction, safety, and collaboration with other departments to uphold the tribe's values.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in customer service, is comfortable outdoors, and can handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service.
• Previous experience in a spa, resort or pool environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests, including VIPs, at pool check-in and coordinates cabana/day bed rentals.
• Records retail transactions via POS with cash, card, Earned Rewards and comps; balances cash drawer.
• Maintains guest communication between team and departments to meet guest needs.
• Keeps pool area clean, organized, and merchandised; supports equipment setup/teardown.
