Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel seeks a VIP Services Coordinator to support the VIP Department with administrative duties, scheduling, and analyses. You will monitor comps and expenses, analyze complimentary services, and coordinate VIP experiences with cross-functional teams on property.

You will assist with front-line coordination, training, and preparing reports for VIP Services Leadership, ensuring high standards of personalized guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to clearly speak, read, and write in English.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum two years in a guest service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional administrative and analytical support by creating schedules, reports and analyses.
• Monitor budget for comps and expenses and analyze complimentary services.
• Coordinate VIP reservations and liaise with other departments to ensure VIP guest experiences.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to VIP Services leadership.
• Assist in training VIP Services team members and maintain training records.
