Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises Front Desk operation and supports Team Members as needed.
• Monitors daily performance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of duties.
• Adheres to cash handling policies and payment procedures.
• Trains team on new processes, procedures and guest services.
• Resolves guest concerns with polite, expeditious solutions.
• Compiles daily reports and supports action plans with management.
