Crash Champions is seeking an experienced estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights. You will complete initial estimates, perform full estimates after disassembly, and lock final numbers while upholding Crash Champions’ quality standards.

You will manage each repair, keep customers informed about status, coordinate with Body Technicians, and ensure paperwork and carrier requirements are handled. The role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with auto body estimating and repair process preferred.
• Knowledge of handling insurance procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures and rights.
• Prepare initial estimates after disassembly and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and perform in-process QC to meet standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide a great customer experience.
• Pull and review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning tasks.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
