Crash Champions is seeking a detail-oriented professional to educate customers about the repair process and insurance, manage estimates, and oversee vehicles through the repair lifecycle. You will liaise with body technicians, ensure QC, and keep customers informed throughout.

Responsibilities include finalizing repair orders, handling paperwork, and coordinating with carriers. A strong background in customer service and familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills are essential.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking with good time management.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating systems CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial and full-disassembly-based estimates and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions and carrier requirements.
