Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator/coordinator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and service expectations. You will complete initial and full repair estimates and track each vehicle through the repair process.

In this full-time on-site role, you will keep customers informed, review data with Body Technicians, prepare disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
