Job summary

Crash Champions is a fast-growing collision repair leader with 650+ locations across 38 states, including the Crash Champions LUXE EV network.

In this role you will educate customers on repair and insurance steps, prepare and lock estimates, and oversee repairs with thorough in-process QC.

Strong customer service, multitasking, and familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex help you deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of insurance processes and working with insurance partners
• Experience with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) preferred

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value
• Completes initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC
• Keep every customer informed on the status of their vehicle and provide an excellent experience
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier requirements are met
