You will assist with inventory, loss prevention, and boutique operations while delivering exceptional service to discerning clients.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury retail, full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in luxury.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service in a friendly, luxury retail environment.
• Ring on registers accurately and maintain cash and media at the registers.
• Answer the phone with proper etiquette and handle inquiries.
• Assist in packing merchandise and manage exchanges/returns with leadership.
• Communicate customer requests to management and secure cash and receipts.
• Maintain register area appearance, stock supplies, and assist on the selling floor.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and inventory counts.
