Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by greeting customers and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Ring on registers accurately and handle cash and media securely.
• Answer phone calls with professional etiquette and transfer as needed.
• Assist in packing merchandise and processing exchanges or returns with Boutique Leadership.
• Support floor merchandising, display maintenance, and inventories as required.
• Report customer feedback to management and maintain register area.
