Job summary

Christian Dior Couture's boutique seeks a Client Service Representative to manage daily client service functions, POS operations, aftersales, and inventory control. You will support boutique leadership, handle cash and customer interactions, and ensure a welcoming, high-standard environment for luxury clientele.

Requirements include 3+ years in luxury retail cashiering, full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with outstanding service in a friendly environment.
• Ring on registers accurately and maintain cash/media at registers.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and transfer calls when needed.
• Assist in packing/wrapping merchandise for customers.
• Manage exchanges/returns in partnership with Boutique Leadership Team.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Complete opening/closing procedures including securing cash/receipts.
• Maintain tidy register area and stocked supplies.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
• Provide support on the selling floor and participate in inventories.
