Job summary

Christian Dior Couture, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a Client Service Representative for the Chicago Neiman Marcus boutique. You will oversee POS, aftersales, phone inquiries, cash handling, inventory and loss prevention while supporting boutique operations and leadership teams.

The role requires 3+ years of luxury retail cashiering experience and the ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, with a luxury background preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store.
• Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to customers in a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Accurately ring on registers and maintain cash and media at the registers.
• Use proper telephone etiquette when answering calls and messages.
• Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise.
• Manage customer exchanges or returns in partnership with Boutique Leadership Team.
• Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
