Job summary

LVMH Group, featuring Christian Dior Couture, seeks a Client Advisor for our luxury boutique in Chicago. You will build and manage a personal client portfolio, delivering best-in-class service, and leveraging product expertise and brand storytelling to drive sales and client loyalty.

Your role includes developing both local and international client relationships, coordinating appointments, and providing tailored styling guidance to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the brand
• Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with people through strong communication, organization and follow-through skills
• Provide outstanding customer service including in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including phone systems, cash register, sensor-tag remover, computers, and all other office equipment.
• Can stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Responsible for store security procedures, including locking and securing the premises, as needed.

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with a focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPI including, KPI such as Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction and Average Dollar per Transaction.
• Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team first attitude at all times.
• Act as a brand ambassador both within and beyond the boutique environment.
• Develop and nurture a local and international client base through personalized outreach, appointment setting, and follow-up.
