Job summary

Christian Dior Couture, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a Client Service Representative for its New York boutique. You will manage day-to-day client service, POS coordination, and cash handling while supporting boutique operations.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, flexible full-time hours including nights and weekends, and travel as needed. The compensation ranges $21-$25 per hour plus bonus eligibility, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail cashiering experience; luxury background preferred.
• Full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise and fixtures.
• Willingness to follow company policies and procedures.
• Willingness to travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service in a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Ring on registers accurately and maintain cash/media.
• Answer calls with proper etiquette and handle client inquiries.
• Assist in packing or wrapping merchandise.
• Handle exchanges/returns with Boutique Leadership Team.
• Communicate client requests/feedback to management.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and secure cash/receipts.
• Maintain orderly register area and stock supplies.
• Assist in floor moves and merchandising, display upkeep.
• Support on the selling floor as needed.
• Participate in inventories.
• Suggest improvements to service and cash-wrap efficiency.
• Support general boutique operations including safety and security.
