Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Accurately ring on registers and manage cash and media.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and take messages.
• Assist in packing or wrapping merchandise.
• Manage customer exchanges or returns with Boutique Leadership Team.
• Communicate customer requests to management and follow through on actions.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and secure cash and receipts.
• Maintain orderly register area and replenish supplies.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising and display maintenance.
