Job summary

Christian Dior Couture's New York boutique is seeking a Client Service Representative to manage day-to-day client service functions with luxury care. You will coordinate the POS system, aftersales, phone communications, cash integrity, inventory control, loss prevention, and general boutique operations in support of the Boutique Management team.

Required: 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in luxury, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and move merchandise and fixtures.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Availability to travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Ring on registers accurately and maintain cash and media integrity.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and relay messages.
• Assist in packing or wrapping merchandise and handling exchanges/returns.
• Resolve client requests and feedback with management.
• Support boutique operations, including inventory and housekeeping.
• Participate in inventories and help with floor moves and merchandising.
