Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
Full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store
Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
Availability to travel, as needed

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service by greeting customers and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Accurately ring on registers, maintain cash and media, and use proper phone etiquette.
Assist in packing or wrapping merchandise and handle exchanges/returns with leadership.
Communicate customer requests and feedback to management and ensure secure cash handling.
Maintain orderly register area, assist with floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
