Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service in a friendly environment and greet clients.
• Ring on registers accurately and maintain cash and media.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and transfer calls as needed.
• Assist in packing or wrapping clients’ merchandise.
• Handle exchanges/returns with Boutique Leadership.
• Communicate client requests and feedback to management.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and secure cash/receipts.
• Maintain orderly register area and stocked supplies.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
• Support selling floor and participate in inventories.
• Suggest improvements to service and cash wrap efficiency.
• Support general boutique operations including safety and policies.
