Job summary

The RealReal seeks a Consignment Concierge to be the face of client relations, delivering a personalized, brand-focused experience while meeting daily expectations. You will excel in a luxury, client-centric environment, handling escalations and maintaining high ethical standards.

Onsite for at least 90 days with a possible hybrid arrangement, you will work within a fast-paced setting, delivering accurate resolutions, and ensuring superior customer experiences for consignors and clients alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with very high profile guests.
• Concierge mindset with emphasis on high-touch resolutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed, takes initiative and can work onsite for 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, personalized customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Maintain professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Multitask and prioritize to meet customer needs and achieve productivity goals.
• Represent The RealReal with integrity toward consignors and clients.
• Communicate effectively and follow up to close issues and escalations.
• Troubleshoot operational/service issues with urgency and resourcefulness.
