Job summary

Vince in Sunrise, FL seeks a Client Advisor to drive luxury sales and elevate client experiences. You will lead with selling, maintain deep product knowledge, and manage a strong client book through proactive outreach to foster loyalty.

You will articulate the Vince aesthetic, convert walk-ins with consultative selling, and uphold luxury service standards while supporting store operations and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and carry up to 35 pounds while merchandising.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Build a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the sales floor.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Uphold all company policies including loss prevention and operational procedures.
