Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Client Advisor to be a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional luxury experiences and maintaining a welcoming store environment. You will understand client needs, cultivate long-term relationships, and contribute to store performance under the guidance of the Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager.

You will achieve sales goals, stay informed on Moncler collections, and participate in omnichannel services, while maintaining brand standards and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional luxury experience.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and active clienteling.
• Understand and anticipate client needs and recommend products and services accordingly.
• Develop new client relationships while strengthening existing ones through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Utilize bilingual or multilingual communication skills to support an international client base.
