Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Client Advisor who embodies the brand’s luxury promise and delivers exceptional client experiences in-store. You will greet clients, understand their needs, build lasting relationships, and drive store performance through personalized service and product knowledge.

You will collaborate with the team to maintain visuals, implement clienteling strategies, and ensure an outstanding luxury experience for international guests. Fluency in multiple languages is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in luxury or premium client-focused role.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver an exceptional luxury experience.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and active clienteling.
• Understand and anticipate client needs and recommend products to enhance the experience.
• Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones through proactive outreach.
• Utilize bilingual/multilingual communication to support an international client base.
