Moncler is seeking a Client Advisor in New York to embody the brand, deliver luxurious service, and build lasting client relationships. You will greet clients, understand needs, and drive sales while upholding Moncler’s standards of service and elegance.

You will collaborate with Store Management to exceed KPIs and maintain product knowledge, ensuring a pristine selling environment and a seamless omnichannel experience for an international client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of luxury retail or premium client service experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver an exceptional luxury experience aligned with Moncler standards.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and outreach.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and store KPIs.
• Maintain brand image through visual standards and product knowledge.
• Operate POS, clienteling tools, and omnichannel services accurately.
