Job summary

Moncler Group is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver a premier luxury shopping experience. You will welcome clients, understand needs, and build lasting relationships while achieving individual sales goals. The role requires collaboration with team members and adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will use POS and clienteling tools, communicate professionally, and assist with store operations to ensure exceptional client experiences and strong performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of luxury or premium retail experience with client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience serving an international or multilingual client base is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
