Moncler in the United States seeks a Client Advisor who embodies the brand promise and creates a welcoming luxury experience for every client. You will understand client needs, cultivate relationships, and contribute to store performance under the direction of the Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager.

The role requires at least two years in luxury retail or a client-focused environment, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of luxury retail or other client-focused experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional luxury experience.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and active clienteling.
• Understand and anticipate client needs and recommend products and services that enhance the overall experience.
• Develop new client relationships while strengthening existing ones through proactive outreach.
• Utilize bilingual or multilingual communication to support an international client base.
