Reporting to the Client Advisor Manager, you will exceed personal sales goals, stay knowledgeable about Moncler collections, and collaborate with a team to uphold the brand's standards of presentation, service, and client care.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in luxury or premium retail, hospitality, or client-focused roles.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional luxury experience aligned with Moncler standards.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and proactive engagement.
• Utilize bilingual communication to support clients and deliver seamless service.
• Develop new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones via clienteling tools.
• Anticipate client needs and recommend products that enhance the experience.
