Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Client Advisor to act as a Brand Ambassador in a luxury retail environment in Bellevue. You will welcome clients, understand their needs, and deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience in alignment with Moncler’s Client Promise.

You will cultivate relationships, drive sales, and contribute to store performance while upholding brand standards. Ideal candidates have at least two years in luxury retail, experience with international clients, and strong

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of luxury or premium retail experience.
Experience serving international or multilingual clients is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and deliver a luxury experience aligned with Moncler Client Promise.
Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and clienteling.
Understand client needs and recommend products to enhance the experience.
Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs (ADT, UPT, conversion, etc.).
Maintain store standards, processes, and visual merchandising in line with brand expectations.
