Vince is seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor/Keyholder for a temporary seasonal Brentwood, CA role. You will lead with selling, manage client relationships, and uphold luxury service standards across the store while building your book of repeat clients.

You will exceed sales goals, demonstrate product knowledge, and support store operations, including POS, merchandising, and visual standards. The position requires strong communication and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Builds a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivates and grows a robust client book via proactive outreach.
