Job summary

Vince Abbot Kinney in Venice, CA is seeking a part-time Client Advisor to lead with selling and elevate every client interaction. This role drives personal sales, grows a strong client book, and upholds luxury service standards across the store.

You will leverage in-depth product knowledge to inspire confident purchasing decisions, while delivering on KPIs and maintaining Vince’s premium brand experience. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Builds deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivates a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals).
• Articulates the Vince aesthetic to drive brand-focused interactions that boost sales.
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients with elevated engagement and wardrobe suggestions.
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor for the team.
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
