Job summary

Fendi is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver outstanding service, drive sales, and cultivate a loyal client base. You will leverage product knowledge and brand standards to enhance the client experience while supporting store operations.

The role emphasizes achieving sales goals, maintaining CRM records, and upholding Fendi’s dress code and policies. Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
• Ability to use POS system and inventory management functions.
• RTW experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Flexible availability: some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Follow all store guidelines.
• Build and maintain client books; follow-through with clients’ concerns; maintain customer correspondence.
• Assist with special requests (repairs, special orders, returns).
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
• Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
• Proficient use of POS system and updating customer database.
