Vince is seeking a Full Time Client Advisor in New York City to lead with selling and elevate every client interaction. The role offers a hourly salary and sales-based incentives, with responsibilities ranging from clienteling to maintaining luxury service standards.

The successful candidate will understand Vince fabrics and design intent, build a robust client book, and convert walk-ins into loyal clients, while supporting store operations and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury.
• Strong selling instincts and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with POS systems and CRM tools.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and handle store merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Build a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent as selling tools.
• Grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals).
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients via elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
