Vince Sunrise FL is seeking a results-driven Client Advisor to drive luxury sales at our Sunrise, FL location. You will own your client book, elevate every client interaction, and demonstrate deep product knowledge across fabrics, fits, and design intent.

You will build relationships, convert walk-ins to loyal clients, and collaborate on store operations while upholding Vince's luxury service standards. A strong track record in retail sales and comfort with POS and CRM tools are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with POS, CRM tools and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Build deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, construction and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model selling behaviors to inspire the team and support store operations as needed.
• Uphold company policies including loss prevention and operational procedures.
