Vince at the Mercer St location in New York, NY is seeking a full-time Client Advisor. You will lead with selling, elevate client interactions, and build a robust client book through proactive outreach.

You are a top performer with a passion for the Vince brand, strong product knowledge, and the ability to drive sales while delivering luxury service standards. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a retail sales environment, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Strong selling instincts, build rapport, and close a sale without pressure.
• Deep understanding of the Vince brand identity and connecting clients to the aesthetic.
• Effective verbal and written communication building long-term client loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Build a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to influence purchases
• Cultivate a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-ups, referrals)
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and elevate brand-focused interactions
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients with consultative selling on the floor
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards
• Uphold company policies including loss prevention and procedures
