Job summary

Vince in Sunrise, FL is seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor who drives luxury client experiences and sells with confidence. You will own your book of clients, mentor peers, and represent the Vince aesthetic on the floor with strong product knowledge and service standards.

The role requires proven retail sales success, ability to meet goals, and comfort with POS, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office. Weekend/evening availability and physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising.

• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor for the team.
• Supports store operations, including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Upholds all company policies, including loss prevention and procedures.
