Moncler is seeking a Client Advisor to embody our brand promise and deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail environment in New York. You will welcome clients, understand their needs, and guide them across the brand while building lasting relationships.

You will strive to achieve and exceed store goals and participate in team initiatives. As a Major role, you will also support visual merchandising or training needs when required, collaborate with store leadership, and maintain

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• In lieu of retail experience, hospitality or other client‑oriented roles are acceptable.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Client-centric and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Fashion-forward with passion for the Brand and luxury goods.
• Professional presentation and ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible scheduling.
• English fluency required; additional languages preferred.
