Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Client Advisor in our New York store to deliver exceptional client experiences by embodying the Moncler Client Promise and guiding clients across the brand.

You will welcome clients, develop relationships, drive sales, and contribute to visual standards and training support while meeting store goals. English proficiency is required; experience in luxury retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury.
• 2) Hospitality or other client-oriented roles are acceptable in lieu of luxury retail.
• English language proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and provide the utmost client experience per Moncler standards.
• Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships through conversations and client management.
• Drive business by proactively reaching out to existing clients and developing new ones.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs (ADT, UPT, data capture, repurchase rate).
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure policy adherence and perform inventory tasks as needed.
• Support and maintain visual merchandising standards and grooming.
