Job summary

Moncler Group in New York is seeking a Client Advisor to embody the brand promise, welcome clients, and guide them across the brand while achieving store goals. You will build long-lasting client relationships and drive sales, with collaboration in visual merchandising and training as needed.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in retail, preferably luxury, and strong English communication. Multilingual abilities are a plus, with a focus on professional presentation and client-centric service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• In lieu of retail experience, hospitality or other client-oriented/service roles are acceptable.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and provide the utmost client experience in accordance with the Moncler Client Promise and Client Experience standards.
• Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships through engaging conversation and active clientele management.
• Drive business and sales goals by proactively reaching out to existing clients and developing new clients.
• Review and analyze personal KPI achievement, actively proposing adjustments to sales approach to exceed expectations.
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with operations and store leadership to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures; support inventory preparation and visual merchandising standards.
