Job summary

Moncler in New York seeks a Client Advisor to embody the brand and deliver exceptional luxury experiences. You will welcome clients, understand needs, and cultivate long-term relationships while contributing to store performance goals.

Reporting to the Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager, you will foster teamwork, participate in store initiatives, and maintain Moncler’s standards of grooming and professionalism in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of luxury retail or client-focused experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and deliver a luxury experience aligned with Moncler Client Promise.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and clienteling.
• Understand client needs and recommend products and services accordingly.
• Develop new client relationships and maintain relationships with proactive follow-up using clienteling tools.
• Communicate with a bilingual/multilingual capability to support international clients.
