Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Support Associate to contribute to store success through friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.

You will welcome clients, operate POS, stock and merchandise the floor, process shipments, and support the team while upholding Loss Prevention standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with cash registers and basic computer tasks.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Process shipments and organize stockroom; report discrepancies.
• Support stock replenishment and visual merchandising updates.
• Assist with customer requests and collaborate with team.
