Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail experiences in the United States. The Sales Support Associate role supports store operations, greets clients, processes transactions at the cash wrap, and maintains a well-organized sales floor to reflect the brand's standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing stock and shipments, and implementing visual merchandising updates while upholding Loss Prevention guidelines. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ of previous retail experience (cashier/stock)
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency (for US)

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
