Job summary

Montblanc Honolulu seeks an energetic Key Holder to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment. You will develop a clientele, maintain boutique standards, and collaborate with management to open/close the store while ensuring loss prevention and product knowledge are strong.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and comfort with product repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous luxury retail or jewelry sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop network and clientele.
• Capture client information and promote boutique relationships and sales.
• Possess strong product knowledge of Montblanc collections.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop knowledge of simple pen repair and after sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
• Open/close boutique as required.
• Coordinate with corporate office in absence of management.
• Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed.
