Job summary

Montblanc in San Diego is seeking a Key Holder to drive sales and foster client relationships in a luxury retail setting. You will develop a client network, maintain elite service standards, and ensure store presentation aligns with Montblanc's aesthetics.

You will need strong English and Spanish language skills, experience in luxury retail, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training includes pen repair basics and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities; ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school graduate or equivalent, College degree preferred.
• Able to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Standing on the sales floor for 90% of the workday; occasional ladder access and lifting of items.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop network and clientele.
• Capture client information; consistently adding data to promote boutique relationships and sales.
• Possess strong product knowledge of Montblanc collections.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
• Open/close boutique as required.
• Handle transfers in absence of management.
