Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives, develop clientele, and collect client information.
• Maintain product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain the boutique’s aesthetic quality and perform basic pen repair and after-sales service tasks.
• Open and close the boutique, manage transfers, and communicate with corporate office when management is absent.
• Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed.
