Job summary

Montblanc North America in Chicago seeks a Key Holder to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a luxury boutique. You will develop clientele, maintain product knowledge, and support after-sales services while upholding Montblanc’s standards of service and store presentation.

The role requires strong communication skills in English and Spanish, flexibility to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales (jewelry or high-end luxury preferred).
• Strong customer service focus and ability to build trust with clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
• Able to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop network and clientele.
• Capture client information and build boutique relationships.
• Possess strong product knowledge of Montblanc collections.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
• Open/close boutique as required.
• Communicate with the corporate office in the absence of management.
• Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed.
• Handle transfers in absence of management.
